Terms and Conditions for Chinese TCG

1. Definitions

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements:

• "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this app and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions.
• "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company.
• "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Chinese TCG's app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Chinese TCG's app;

The materials appearing on Chinese TCG's app could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Chinese TCG does not warrant that any of the materials on its app are accurate, complete, or current. Chinese TCG may make changes to the materials contained on its app at any time without notice. However, Chinese TCG does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Chinese TCG has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Chinese TCG of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Chinese TCG's app shall be governed by the laws of the UK without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
